Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- COD orders incur a handling fee of ₹100.
- Orders are shipped within 1 working days from our warehouse.
- Tracking number will be sent to your registered contact number once the order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Hassle-free returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.
- Sale/promotional orders are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable.
- Refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded to Original payment Method, while COD orders will receive store credits.
- Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
