Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must beΒ requested within 3 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, andΒ Β Β Β with all original tags intact.
-100 return pickup fee applies for all returns.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, whether charged separately or included in the product price.
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes a quality check.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- No returns or further exchanges once an exchange has been processed.
- Exchange is permitted for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- All exchange shipping charges (return + reshipping) are to be borne by the customer.
- Promotional / discounted products are not eligible for free exchange; exchange, if approved, will be chargeable.
- In case a wrong or defective item is sent from our side, the product will be eligible for exchange only (no returns).

3. How to Initiate
- Email support@sangai.store with Order ID
- Reach out via the WhatsApp icon available on our website.
4. Refunds
- Processed within 7-10 business days after item passes quality check.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to Original payment Method, while COD orders will receive store credits after deducting return fee ,shipping and handling charges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale / Promotional Orders (festive discounts or any other discounted products) are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable.
- InΒ rare cases, if a return is accepted, the refund will be processed as store credits only (after deducting applicable charges), which can be used for future purchases.
